Dusty Knuckle is our beloved creation, our monster and our passion! We are a family run firm i.e. husband & wife with a smattering of children and an army of staff who simply gave up their 9-5 social care jobs to focus on their passion…cooking great quality pizza the way it should be!
We have spent the last three years learning our craft from the bottom up. We have spent time with an eclectic range of skilled pizza makers whilst honing our dough recipe including the AVPN in Naples. In the last year alone we undertook a three week fundraising trip trading our way to Naples and back using pizza as currency; been invited to and traded at the exclusive Italian food festival Dit Unto and the Chianti EcoMarathon, and set up a community program promoting the principles of Slow Food.
We have received some insane accolades listed below & continue to strive to provide not only fantastic traditional pizzas but a dining experience which cannot be matched in Cardiff.
